How to Manage Your Subscription
To manage your billing info, click your name in the top left side bar of the Jenni dashboard and view the Billing tab. This will let you find your past invoices, change payment options, or cancel your plan.
Refund Policy
Subscriptions to Jenni AI are recurring and you will be automatically billed once you subscribe until you choose to cancel. You can cancel at any time by logging into your Jenni account.
Refunds can be requested within a 7-day grace period after the date of purchase. After that, individual and enterprise subscriptions are generally non-refundable.
